We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and change or update information at any time without notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Toledo Baby TM is not responsible for any Internet or website issues that may arise while you are using this site.
Winner(s) agree(s) that Toledo Baby and its agents, affiliates, representatives, exhibitors, employees, sponsors will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind or nature resulting from the acceptant, possession of use of any prize awarded.
Toledo Baby Photo Contest:
Photos are judged on Personality, Image Quality, and Creativity by Toledo Baby TM and Shutter Love Studio.
Your $3 photo entry fee for the first child ($2 each additional child) gives you the ability to upload one photo per child for each the age category and creative category. Double entries will not be accepted and may disqualify your entry. Payment is for your photo entry. The Toledo Baby Child and Family Expo is a FREE admission event. Please follow the payment instructions once you submit your entry below.
Winners will be announced at the Toledo Baby Child and Family Expo on April 6th, 2008 at approximately 1:00 pm at Westfield Franklin Park.
Deadline for entries is April 5th at 6:00 pm. Entries received after 5pm will NOT be judged. Entries will not be accepted the day of the event.
Professional photographs are not allowed due to potential copyright infringements.
By entering, you agree to these rules and waiver on bottom of page.
Contest is open to Ohio and Michigan residents.
Please be careful to enter the correct photos! We cannot make changes once entries are submitted.
By registering for this Contest, you accept all terms, constitute that you are the parent or legal guardian of the participant, and are 18 years or older.
I understand that photos of myself and/or my child/ward may be used to promote Toledo Baby™ and the Toledo Baby Contest. Photos will remain property of Toledo Baby™.
I understand that these pictures may be used in any media, including web.
Judging: Decisions of judges are final. Entry and acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Toledo Baby™ to use winner’s name and photograph in any media, including internet without compensation. By participating, entrants release Toledo Baby TM and its affiliates from any and all liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in the Contest of any prize awarded. Entrants who do not agree to these terms should not enter this Contest. If the information provided is not accurate, you risk forfeiture of any and all winnings.

Diaper Dash Entry Form and Waiver:
Toledo Baby’s Dash for Diapers Contest is limited to the first 20 registered participants for each listed time. Baby must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Crawlers only. If baby stands any time during the race, they will be disqualified. Participant must be 18 months of age or younger. Race will be held in 4 groups of 5 babies. The winner from each group will advance to the final round. Grand prize awarded to first place of the final round. Guradian’s entry constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) for Toledo Baby TM to use winner's first name, photograph, address (city and state), in all forms of media without notice or further compensation. Toledo Baby TM is not responsible for injury or loss of items due to this event. Your signature below constitutes that you are the legal parent or guardian of the participant, and agree to indemnify and hold Toledo Baby TM, its officers, agents, sponsor(s), volunteers and employees harmless of and from any and all claims, losses and demands which occur or otherwise arise hereunder.
Dream Nursery Giveaway Contest Rules and Passport Registration:
Nursery Giveaway winner will be contacted via certified mail after the event. Odds of winning will depend on number of entries. Open to Ohio and Michigan residents 18 years and older. The layette set is not included. Prize is not transferable.
